Registration Fees

ICMST2020 offers four types of registration: regular, student, accompanying person, and banquet ticket only. The details are as follows:
 
1. Regular registration: regular registration fee for one person covers only for one paper. If an author has more than one paper to present, he/she needs to pay extra for other papers. Regular registration includes the proceedings, EJAM special issue publication fee, welcome reception, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks and the participation in all related workshop events.
 
2. Student registration: discounted registration fee for one student covers only for one paper, which includes all privileges of regular registration plus the participation in student special events.
 
3. Accompanying Person: registration fee for accompanying person includes all lunches, dinners, banquet and coffee breaks. Each author can only register for one accompanying person.
 
4. Banquet ticket only: join our luxurious banquet, one ticket covers one person.
 
For International participants, organizer suggest to pay the registration fee on-site as the international credit card cannot used through internet. The early bird registration fee only applicable in case participants submitted his/her registration form on this website before the deadline of early bird registration (July 30, 2020). Both USD and JPY are acceptable for on-site registration. However, International credit card is only acceptable for payment with USD, while only cash is acceptable for JPY payments. If you need to pay registration fee through bank transfer, please contact ICMST2020 secretariat through e-mail (icmst2020@www.xjtu.edu.cn) for detailed bank account information.

For domestic participants, only RMB is accepted for the registration fee which can be paid through Bank Transfer, Post Office or pay on-site. The early bird registration fee only applicable in case participants paid the registration fee and submitted the registration form on this website before the deadline of early bird registration (July 30, 2020). You need to fill the information needed on in the space of “Paper ID & Receipt Information”. The registration fee will be collected by our conference service company partner: Xi'an Jiahao Conference Service Co., Ltd. The receipt will also be issued by the Xi'an Jiahao Conference Service Co., Ltd.

对国内参会专家，需用人民币支付注册费。可选用银行转账、邮局汇款支付或现场支付。如您在早鸟注册截止日期（2020年7月30日）前完成支付和网上注册，可享受优惠注册费价格。
