Hotel Booking
The ICMST2020 will be held from Sept. 22 to 26, 2020 at the Nanyang Hotel Xi’an (Tel: 86-29-87665566, 4 Stars). To reserve your hotel room(s) at the conference venue with a discounted rate, please click “Hotel Reservation” before Sept.15, 2020. There are also many hotels of different rank around the conference venue, please book the hotel room yourself.
The organizer will arrange pickup in the airport only on Sept. 22nd, 2020 (9:00-24:00). For other date or time, participants need to get to the Nanyang hotel by taking subways or taxi themselves. If you need special help, please let us know the details via "icmst2020@mail.xjtu.edu.cn"
Transportation
The Nanyang Hotels is located nearby the Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xinqing Campus. The subway station “Yanxin Men (延兴门)” of line 3 is about 10 minute walk from the hotel of the conference venue. There are convenient subway connection from the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport and the Xi’an North Express Train Station. Please refer to the following suggestion for route planning from airport or train station to the conference venue and Nanyang Hotel.
From the Airport:
1) By subway
Xianyang Airport -> Take Subway Airport Line to “Xi’an Bei Terminal（西安北站）Station” -> Take Subway Line 4 to “Dayanta (大雁塔) Station” -> Take Subway Line 3 to “Yanxinmen （延兴门）Station” Exit B1 -> 10 Minutes Walk to “Nanyang Hotel”
2) By taxi
Xianyang Airport -> Nanyang Hotel (about 40 km and one hour time)

From the Xian Bei Train Station:
1) By subway:
Xian Bei Train Station -> Take Subway Line 4 to “Dayanta (大雁塔) Station” -> Take Subway Line 3 to “Yanxinmen （延兴门）Station” Exit B1 -> 10 Minutes Walk to “Nanyang Hotel”
2) By taxi:
Xian Bei Station -> Nanyang Hotel (about 25 km and 45 minutes time)
